If you're wanting to eat at a certain time. I would make reservations a day ahead of time.
We are regulars and literally go here every single week unless something hinders us to do so. Here's my 2 centsđź‘Ť Thursday, no Friday, wouldn't hurt to be sure of seating Saturday, I'd recommend it Sunday, could vary. Never hurts to call and see before heading thet way.
Friday and Saturday are pretty busy so it would be a good idea. Sunday is usually a little slower
