My love Christmas tree died within a week and half having and I don’t trust another one from here . I did everything I was supposed to to take care of it . This is the first time ever having a problem with a live tree

How many days before Christmas did u buy it? A live tree should Never be purchased more than 10days from Christmas. Even if placed in water...

See if they will replace it.

Get a fake one! Always looks great!
