Can someone in sporting goods please answer the phone , why does it have to be this hard to ask a question. I been trying going on 20 mins now hanging up and calling back.....

Most of the phone lines have covid and only take incoming calls, and then after you push all of the prompts they hang up on you.😡

They dont have people at the checkout lines at peak times. Sporting goods is definitely gonna be understaffed. Imo academy sports is gonna be able to help more

Its not just sporting goods. Unfortunately this seems to be a bit on the common side. I had the same issue with auto and site to store.
