If you have an ID and bank account...they can do it for you. If you don't have any account, most banks will still do it for a charge. You must not sign whatever paper you want notarized with State Seal, until you are in front of the notary. You can call other places to like post offices, offices in city hall, some private companies, and even some convenience stores have notaries. Your bank is your best bet.
