For a busy place they do a pretty good job of getting people processed. Renewed my car registration, 15 minutes in a line of 10 and 5 minutes to complete. Debit/credit cards now usable for a fee. To avoid the fee bring cash or check.

City Hall staff completed my task in minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. If you don't have all your paperwork, they'll let you know and give you opportunity to return back and finish your tasks with a yellow card so your waiting in line again will be avoided.

Your going to have to give them the necessary documents in the dropbox which is open from 9 to 5. M-F. Provide a phone number to call back when they have done processing which takes 2 to 3 days. Or if they were already registered and youve received a letter telling you to renew you can do it right online.
