The time actually depends on if you are in protocol or the dorms. Times listed by the other response are for protocol. If you are in the dorms you actually don't have to leave until 7am

Yes! Gotta be out by 6am breakfast from 6:30am to 8am lunchtime 11:30 to 12:30/1pm etc

How can the shelter have a rapist living with woman he can get a in the bathrooms,my brother jason langtry lives there at shelter and has abused,bit,pinched,chocked, and raped my mother. This shelter lets anything in there. Women are not safe there.
