Is there family Ski lessons with kids 6+ years and can I make the reservación in site the day of visiting Pats Peak Ski resort? Can I make the reservation in advance?

Yes, they offer great ski lessons. No reservations needed for week days. Reservation is required for holidays and weekends (Fri, SAT, Sun). But it's always good to call ahead.

There are private group lessons if that's what you are looking for
