How can we get a refund? The park shut down for lightning for 2 hours then it rained! 1:30pm and continued till 4:45. So we left. We bought 4 tickets and finally left. Stop by customer service and they could not grlp.

I think it says in the tickets what conditions they give rain check. Unless closed whole day, no refunds is my understanding.

I think this happens alot. Same situation but we stuck it out in the park only because we didn't have plans on going anywhere else

Customer services said write them on line. Good luck with that. But ok. I live in Florida rain comes and goes. But lightning 5 miles away when the sun is shining? And for over 90 minutes!

All sales are final, regardless of situation unfortunately. They use the whole "you should check the weather before buying" mentality. Good for them, bad for us. But honestly the best attempt would be to call their customer service line to see. But 9 times out of ten all sales are final since it is written in their terms and conditions online
