I ordered my food and it took me at least an hour to receive my food. Staff is horrible. There was attitude given and no respect at all. The tables were filthy.

That is definitely an exception to normal service. There is no excuse for "attitude" and lack of polite service, much less conditions possibly meriting a health dept inspection. Voice your specific complaint to corporate management, and do not be vague in your statement. Let them get answers from the restaurant manager and staff. If you don't get results, contact your local TV station. They'd be happy to do a news investigation and get on-camera answers. This usually brings striking results of who's responsible, and interesting answers from those not afraid to talk.

I arrived at 1:25pm.sat at counter.no one aknowledge me! everytime I go there the manager is counting money! and the wait staff are taking care of their own station.I got up and leftat 1:50pm. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK
