I placed an order through Uber and I’m still learning how to use the app so I called the store asking for them to please help me and the sweet kinda women on the phone was so incredibly kind and helpful! I will definitely be ordering from that store again! She had the most wonderful attitude and unfortunately not many people are as helpful as she was. She definitely went above and beyond!!! Went through the drive through and got the food pretty fast just to have them remake everything. Everything that was given to me was cold to the point the cheese was not even melted. Order fries with no salt and they were cold . Not happy with this. Only thing good was that the manager remade my order .

The burger was alright but this is all the cheese you get for $1.20 with a large fry. So busy that they lose track of customer service. 1/10 dint recommend-

That is definitely an exception to normal service. There is no excuse for "attitude" and lack of polite service, much less conditions possibly meriting a health dept inspection. Voice your specific complaint to corporate management, and do not be vague in your statement. Let them get answers from the restaurant manager and staff. If you don't get results, contact your local TV station. They'd be happy to do a news investigation and get on-camera answers. This usually brings striking results of who's responsible, and interesting answers from those not afraid to talk.
Maybe you just got unluck.They mostly hire young politely spoken waiters/waitresses there. I am surprised they treated you with attitude. Sleep it off.

Drive through is open and you can walk up and order your food. I set there and ate the food was very good. They was very clean. I enjoyed myself.

In my case they treated me quickly ...
I have been here three times: once with a party of 13 (on a weekend right after a football game and it was packed full), once with just one other person (at about three in the afternoon on a weekday), and once in the drive through (at around 6 pm on a Wednesday). They took 20 minutes to get us our food with the party of 13 and less than that on both other occasions. It must just depend on the day/time.
