jeez... first of all, its one plant (Kansas) i think. so they will still be made in america. the plant in Thailand is to avoid the tariffs, shipping etc for the bikes they sell in that area of the world. believe it or not Harley sells really well overseas. turn off the TV and do a little reading brother. cable news is not your friend....
Yes. American Harley product's, a thing of the past. This was said to happen long before President Trump's new tarriffs take place.
From my understanding, yes. It was announced that they would lay off 800 people and move manufacturing to Thailand. So much for American made huh.....?
Did Harley-Davidson Close a Wisconsin Factory to Move Production to Thailand Due to New Steel Tariffs? The motorcycle manufacturing company announced that it was opening a factory in Thailand nearly a year before President Donald Trump imposed tariffs on steel imports.
I have no idea. However, I don't understand how this has anything to do with Bert's Barracuda Harley-Davidson dealership which the question is to pertain to.
Think if you sell Harley motorcycles. It pertains to the question...
I read that both the Thailand & one north American plant would be shut down, can't remember which American plant, but I agree with Nick, what does this have to do with Bert's? Wrong question in the wrong place, heck Google it.
