I have never had a bad customer service experience at Advance Auto Parts. So, I can't really relate.
They take care of one customer at a time. First come first serve. So in essence, you're asking them to make them people before you wait so that you can get service. That's rude.
The bisiness modle for that should be adjusted.
They Have to Take Care of the Customers Before they can Go outside to Scan A Car Get A Grip on Being Impatient I Have NO Problem With There Staff Great Bunch of People Who WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROBLEM !!!
