The fish are all in poor health also. If you need anything basic like supplies they have good prices and good variety. The fish on the other hand, let's just say I'm a fish loving guy, they have sold me a few sick fish. Save a few. Some not so lucky. Refund was a PAIN once because I lost the receipt. Blah. Sorry pet express 2 stars.
