It is difficult to say. Most of the games here are very difficult (but fair), the easiest probably being Space Station Andromedea, and the hardest being The Bunker (depending on group size. The bigger the group, the easier it becomes).

Depends on the 12 year old. If they're good at teamwork, and if the rest of the team is, they'll have fun. The games are all designed so cooperation and teamwork are just as important to victory as critical thinking
