I do not believe so, but just make sure that you're not selling any counterfeit stuff because they just had some people come up there and get in trouble for it.
you don't need any permission they only charge you for the space 15 to 20 dollars and what you sell is up to you when you go talk to the person ordered payments and ready for you I recommend you early
I'm not honestly sure. You may have to take a trip to the venue and find out the number to call in order to rent out a space.
