Service was non-existent, food was marginal and Ambiance wasn't that good. I tried there about once a year to see if they finally have their act together and they're nowhere close.
Wasn't packed. They simply forgot. Unprofessional.
The food is excellent but service can be hit or miss in my experience. We usually opt for take out with them - I don't need the ambiance to enjoy their shrimp tacos
You should ask again. The many times I've gone there, the restaurant has been packed and especially on Saturday nights.
