No, motorized vehicles are prohibited. Bicycles are allowed.

No dirt bikes allowed on any of the trails at Northwood Meadows State Park nor at the Town trails that are connected by the CBNA trail which also prohibits motorized vehicles of any kind. Oh and dogs must be leashed at all times. A lot of people don't follow that rule and it creates a hazard for hikers, bicyclists, people on horses, and wildlife.
Nothing motorized allowed. Hikers, mountain bikers, dogs, kids, horses but nothing motorized, sorry.
I know people have but don't think your supposed too unfortunately.
