I agree this is a woodland Park, with very fine gravel, but it is flat and exceedingly beautiful if you have a wheelchair with the proper larger tires. Enjoy!
I wouldn't say they are wheelchair-accessible unless you have a specialized wheelchair with wheels that can handle gravel and rocks on the trail. There is a universal access trail that goes down to the lake, and the Lake Trail itself is pretty accessible so I hope that answers your question.
