They offer boat charters with a USCG licensed Captain. Or you can rent a pontoon yourself if you are knowledgeable & comfortable. You can do the FL boat safety class online which is highly recommended before any rental.
At a good boat rental place yes but most on the beach don't ask for nothing but cash or credit
