I've stopped at this location for years & never had a problem!
I've never had a problem that wasn't more than fixed once brought to the mgr's attention. It's a very busy, very hot and very small kitchen and mistakes happen. They probably aren't fishing from the deepest labor pool either. If it's as common an issue as you say, maybe another restaurant is your best option.
Call thier manager while you are waiting and let them know you are calling corporate office as soon as you get off the phone with them....and then do it! Tell them you want the completeorder replaced and a desert item free for the inconvenience! Trust me the manager on duty should bend over backwards, they dont want a visit from corporate! Works every time for me.... especially slow is the ine on Bearrs and Livingston! They are so bad!!! The manager there is a sweetheart. Stay far away from that location!!!!
I always have trouble AT this one! My suggestion is, go to the walk up window, watch THEM, and check your order BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
