Can you help me? My new neighbors across the Lake feed the birds everyday! The birds sit on my dock all day before during and after eating and are ruining my doc! I've asked them nicely to please go to the park for that. can you help me?

I'm sorry I bothered everyone I should have looked it up on the Florida fish and wildlife website first! In fact a feeding the birds accidentally feeds certain birds like sandhill cranes oh, there is a huge fine associated with that! And they do give the number to call to report that as well as people feeding wildlife that become public nuisance!
