I got there after a 30 min or so ride, and it was hot and fresh, and was still warm after another 15 min ride home. Employees were to the point, may have been a language barrier issue... but I definitely didn't feel they were rude.
Idk... my food was still being prepared when I arrived. The people behind tbe counter were pleasant and smiling with me.
