Ok, let's start with the restaurant. Upon entering the building there was a sign that said to wear a mask. I noticed a dirty pick-up-your-food-and-pay area (smudgy windows, trash and sauce packets on the dirty floor). The make shift barrier to ward off the covid virus was hammered and put together roughly. I peered through a dirty side window into the restaurant dining area, and it was messy, boxes and papers on the floors, chairs and tables strewn every where. I instantly became concerned about the quality of the ordered food, 30 dollars worth. A lady approached the window cautiously and ask for my phone number. She was nice enough so I decided to express my concern over the nastiness of the restaurant, politely of course. Her response was, "I don't know but we do have a 94 grade." I absolutely do not know why!!! I told her that when customers come for food they don't want to see a nasty, messy place. It makes them weary of trying the food. She just looked at me blankly. So I told her I would try the food and give the place a review. So, the food was just ok. I don't know if it will make me sick or not, I wonder. I have definitely had better food in top notch facilities. And since I am not desperate to eat out for lunch, even when I've failed to pack my own, I will not revisit this place. Do better because customers expect it, no excuses please!

This used to be a reliable place. I will not eat hear again. Lunch special was supposed to include tea and chicken fried rice. No chicken at all in the rice and store employee rudely said they didn't have tea today. Food not worth the increase in price. Very disappointed.

I have been going here for years and have always had a good experience. I can count at most 2 times where there was a mistake on my order and they were always willing to make it right in a timely manner. They are reliable and friendly people and I love their food. Yes I noticed that they have increased their prices due to COVID and I completely understand why. Small businesses are suffering right now and I am willing to pay a little bit more for my food from a small business who has always treated me well and provided good food and service. Jade is the best and I really appreciate you!

The food is not bad but, they are overpriced. I can drive to my favorite Chinese restaurant 15 minutes away and save money including the gas fee and receive better food. They're really lucky there is no other American Chinese restaurant in the area.
