We have been here for over two hours. The food was cold. We cannot get a bill and the waiter cannot even bring the dessert. Will never come back here

I WAS TAKEN THERE FOR MY BIRTHDAY THE GOOD WAS EXCELLENT & WARM I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE BILL WAS SINCE IT WAS A TREAT FOR ME. WE ALSO WENT AT ABOUT 3:00 PM TO ME IT WAS A DREAM EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY!!!♡♡♡♡♡ JANET VANHOOK. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY!!! I'M SO SORRY FOR THE OTHER 2 PEOPLE WHO HAD A BAD TIME. I LOVE TO EAT THEIR.

So sorry you have had a bad experience susan. I thought it was an amazing place to eat. Maybe your waiter was a little wet behind the ears yet-- even though, at the prices, they should not be. It would be worth it to maybe give them another chance.

they messed up my bill I paid for everyones $300. didnt even offer a free cheesecake.
