My dog went there twice and came home sick both times
At a different establishment, my St. Bernard was attacked and required stitches. He was very skittish afterwards and Best Friends Furever was AMAZING for him. He goes at least once a week, and is so happy there. I have had nothing but good experiences there. They even watched how much water he consumed and how fast on the hot days.
They keep a very watchful eye on my dogs when they are there. I had a few minor issues come up but they handled it exactly the way I would (I've been in veterinary field for many years). They have several different categories to fit your puppy's temperament. I've had my 4 dogs stay with them over a dozen times up to 2 weeks at a time without any doubt for my pups safety. Btw, I am VERY particular on who watches over them.
