If you are referring to the high gas price, yes it is legal. Local lawakers forced them to post the prices on a sign visable from the road. They use to not have to do that. My advice to you is get your gas elsewhere. There are plenty of other pumps in this town that charge aloooot less.

Price is still pretty hard to see. We figured it was going to be more expensive but running late for flight. Shocked to see how expensive.
They are THIEVES and use the same colors as shell and the store is the same as a robbery.

Stations can sell gas for any price they want but they have to publish the prices and they have to be visible to motorist.
