If you are referring to the high gas price, yes it is legal. Local lawakers forced them to post the prices on a sign visable from the road. They use to not have to do that. My advice to you is get your gas elsewhere. There are plenty of other pumps in this town that charge aloooot less.

Stations can sell gas for any price they want but they have to publish the prices and they have to be visible to motorist.
