Came to this gas station with my boyfriend to purchase a couple of sodas. Initially, was informed by the manager on duty that there was a 2 person limit allowed in the store. We waited outside for the sole customer that was in the store to finish. We walked in to grab our drinks and turned around to pay, when a third person walked in. The manager said nothing. She helped that customer never referring to the 2 person limit. Jokingly, my boyfriend commented on the 2 person limit...and the manager asked us if we wanted to go elsewhere for being rude. We stated it was no big deal, but the same rule should apply to all. She began to escalate the situation and stated that she wasn't going to service us, that we could go elsewhere. She grabbed our drinks and put them behind the counter. My boyfriend kept saying that he wanted to purchase the drinks. She refused. He then asked if the desparate treatment was because he was African-American, and the other person was spanish. She completely refused service and called security. We stepped outside. The next 2 customers walked in, one Caucasian and the other African-American and then a third person walked in who again happened to be spanish. The manager again said nothing to the third person about needing to follow the 2 person rule. One of the customers in the store had to ask that customer to wait outside because of the 2 person limit, because it was clear to all in line that the manager would pick and choose to her liking when it was convenient to follow or not follow the 2 person limit. We have never been exposed to such blatant disrespect, prejudice, and extremely poor customer service...and she was one of the management team. Called their customer service line, but they stated that there is no follow up to complaints. They simply take note and escalate it to those in charge. I expected more from this company, especially being informed by another manager at a separate Murphys gas station, that Murphys really prides themselves on their customers and providing superior customer service. This has been anything but that. We will never again go to a Murphys nor will we recommend it.

Out of regular gas and it's not during a hurricane, and they don't block pumps. You have to figure it out when no gas will pump after you start a transaction.

Not sure what everyone else is talking about, super nice staff, lines gets really long sometimes when people bring lottery tickets and stuff, but it's a really small store. If just pumping for gas, gas is always cheap and its an in and out experience.

Attendant damaged my car while walking between it and the pump. She insisted that it was my fault for parking so close to the pump. I have never seen anyone walk that close to a car while parked at a pump. She was able to fix it though, since it was just the mirror that popped off. But never again. I'm just going to go across the street to Speedway from now on.
