I stayed at the Talbot House for almost 6 months. Security is supposed to confiscate any knives & lock them away until the person who owns it leaves the property. I've seen a few arguments break out, but usually everyone is respectful, except for some of the staff
Not sure if I follow your question, are you a new 2shift employee that's worried about the clients becoming difficult? If so it's a homeless shelter 1st and then programs were available when i was taken there a few years ago. I was not in the best mind set but lacking medical insurance limited my choices. The house was not in the safest part of town so be careful who you trust. Mostly I say keep Jesus Christ close to your heart and that's all you will need to thrive at any job.
