Does this shelter offer wifi? How is the set up? Is there a way I can get here from winter haven without walking?

You have to be there at the Talbot house at 4:00 to sign up and you can't bring in clothes bags or anything you have to use there clothes and hygiene products and you have to be up around 5:00 Monday through Thursday breakfast is at 6:30 and then you have to leave until 11:30 then you can come back for lunch until 12:00 then you leave until check in at 4:30

U can catch the #12 bus ( Monday's through Saturdays) from winter haven to Lakeland terminal and either walk to the shelter ( 10 minutes ) or take bus #1 and get off on Parker st.
