Yes, they do. They have a very nice large outside patio area with bar, tables with umbrella and a lot of plants to block the view of the busy intersection.

All hospitality est have to allow guide dogs/animals with leash and owner into an eastablishment with proper certificats provided by owner. But this establishment because it serves food will not allow animals in the dinner area for health reasons. +(P.s all animal owners need to know these things as it becomes hard for the managment to politely ask owner to leave due to this policy)
I have seen pets in the outdoor seating many times. I would call to find out the specifics of their pet policy.
Not sure, but they have an outdoor bar and seating area out front which seems like it would be amenable to pets
