Change your fryer grease, for God’s sake! The fires were completely inedible. They tasted like licking the underside of a dirty engine. The picture probably doesn’t do it justice, as they are about twice as brown as they look using an iPhone camera.

I went to store # 2816 drive thru ordered Dbl SW Bacon Whopper, Crispy Chicken Jr and SW Bacon Whopper jr. The Whooper was nothing like advertised I mean it was served cold, I couldn’t find the crunchy part, the guacamole was dark colored, I mean it was a mess, the whooper jr and chicken sandwich was cold!! The service at the window was horrible the attendant did not thanked us ( my wife and I) after I paid. We went home to enjoy our dinner and I couldn’t believe it, and no sense on going back. I don’t know what it is if it’s the owner or management I don’t know and my wife went inside to use the restroom and she said it was dirty, the floor at the hallway was sticky and the place smelled bad. Please let management know to tell the employees that their customers are very important for their business and this particular BK is on Gulf to Bay Clearwater Fl where lots of tourists go in and dine. Please keep an eye at the employees. I enjoy BK whoppers but I’ll have to think twice before going that is IF I go. Thank you for your time.

I waited about 30-40 minutes to order in the drive thru. The worker on the intercom kept messing up my order. There were only two people working and the place was dirty and honestly needs a health inspection. At least 6 cars left the drive thru while I was there.

Extremely dirty dining room with food on the floor and tables June 26 in the afternoon. The woman manager taking my order also said I look like I'm going to pop in front of my 12 year old son and I'm only 32 weeks pregnant so I felt uncomfortable because I was there to buy lunch not to see a ob/gyn. I had to then explain to my child that my stomach is not going to pop or explode.
