Yes. And the better the cars the closer they park them. It's a real treat to see the gorgeous Maserati's, Newest Tesla SUV's, Mercedes, BMW's and other high end expensive vehicles, kept close and safe, as they are watched by the valets constantly.

Valet's take the car on a test course to make sure the car is up to there high standards, you have the privilege of signing a waiver so that they can truly put the car thru it's paces, higher standards for a better tomorrow, some valet's are known to go cross country, it's a Starz center tradition, always ask for Mat, but yes they have valet parking and it's a trip :-)
Yes. If you are seeing a show during the week, you may want to call and confirm it is operating. I went to a Thursday night show and only the cafe was open, not the full restaurant. Not sure about valet, though.
