What hours is your tire center open and if I did not purchase my tires there can I pay to have mine rotated and balanced if I am a member?

As of recent the Tire Center Hours are 9am to 8.30pm M-F, 9.30am to 6pm Sat, and 10am to 6pm Sun. And yes, you can service(rotate/balance) your non-costco tires for about $22 to $25 depending on the vehicle. Flat repairs cost $10.99 each tire no matter what size.

If you buy tires at any Costco they will do it for free. Otherwise no they won't. They will check tire pressure for free regardless.
