Very very very limited English songs. The sound quality was terrible with so much feedback and echoing after echoing after echoing after every single word. At 40+ an hour to sing karaoke, you'd think drinks would be reasonable priced. But expect to pay 7/8 per coors light. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. Very overpriced and terrible venue with terrible sound. Just go to a bar to sing for free if I could Give it negative stars I would

The front of house attendant was VERY accommodating when I came in with my group of 10 last night. The facility was great, felt clean, and the system was fun. My recommendation is to create a full map of the remote in English. There's currently about 10 buttons labeled in English, but I would have liked to know what the other buttons do as well. Great time here, will come back again!!

Terrible customer service. Been trying to give them more chances but they just can't do better in serving everyone equally. I have to speak Korean for good customer service. This is America though and many lovers of singing are not Korean speaking. Please stop referring people to website when we make a phone call to confirm internet prices. That is not good customer service. Obviously I already went online and researched before calling to confirm.......I guess if you want good customer service look elsewhere. However if you want to have nice spicy rice cake ( although I pray cook didn't just have a cigarette break before making mine each time so far) and nice karaoke system come during happy hour with lots of Korean speaking friends then you will have a blast. Went back and received excellent service.
