They do have a camp site that you can backpack into. It is about a 3 to 4 mile hike down the Miwok Trail. I camped there a few years ago however i would contact East Bay regional parks to see what the restrictions are.
They have a group campsite in the back of the park to hike in. You would have to call to make reservations I'm sure.

No camping just picnic tables and hiking.
I dont think so. there's no way to camp over there.
