Lots in this development are all leased. You cannot purchase them. The monthly fees vary but run around $700 -$800 month average, some less, some more. The leases run around 10 years and are raised each year based on the CPI. At the end of the lease period a new lease is written based on current rents in the area. The lot lease is in addition to the mobile home purchase payments.
