I stopped by and the only services provided at this time is pick up a weeks worth of frozen dinners by appointment. There is someone answering the phone, that's all.

Could you please tell me if I need to make an appointment to have help with my Income taxes? And who could I talk to, to find out when I could come in? Than you kindly in advance for your reply.........

You have to call for appointment. No walk ins allowed. Sabrina makes the appointments.

Are there tredmills and exercise equipment available. Schedule of activities?

No. They have a variety of classes per week (i.e. Fit After 50, Yoga, etc.) but no exercise equipment.
