Yes if someone with you eats from one of the establishments. Maybe you could get away with drinks.
You aren't supposed to, but if you are crafty you can sneak it in. They do patrol the area and will ask you to leave if caught. I've snuck in beers successfully, because fuxk 12 dollar beers.
