We would recommend seeing your cat as a standard appointment for the problem you mention. If it stops eating for more than 24 hours, is severely painful, vomiting excessively, or having fluid diarrhea, then it would need to be an emergency.
Sounds like its serious take your baby now ..
1) You need to know that CA Vets are expensive due to our taxes being so high. Idaho pays 1/3 of what we pay. (Example: for the same things that cost x$$$ in Idaho, multiply x3, that's what we in CA pay. I'm looking at the last bill We took a 5 month old kitten, w/ runny nose, & sneezing & not as lively as his brother Office call is. $60.00. Hydration fluids 45 50 Resp. T'ment 189.00 Antibiotics 86.00 They are open 7 days/wk, 9:00 A.M -:10.00 P.M., same prices. Don't judge by outside looks, inside has been redone & looks great. Please touch base with/me for more info. Hope your kitty gets better.
Well I'm not a doctor to make a medical diagnosis. If it was my cat I would take it to the ER. Losing weight and drooling is pretty serious.
