Since the place is small, there is no need to bring binoculars. On the other hand, if you are able to get them past the metal detector, the darkness inside will make them unusable.

Don't think I've ever seen a pair inside of the venue, but go ahead and try! There is a guest service door when you walk into the venue ($2.00-$4.00 dollars) and you can always check them in there in case they wont let you bring them inside the stage area.
