Unless, it is a service animal, I wouldn't recommend it.
If you're asking about a service dog I believe they are allowed any where. I've never seen a service dog or any dogs there. It's like a five star Restaurant! people pay a lot of money probably to not get a hair in their food I love Spaghettini's !

I'm sure service animals are fine but dogs in general would probably be frowned apon.
