I returned one item last two days at the store and they said will redeem money back to my credit card, but I have not seen it post to my credit card yet. Please tell me why???

Tell them u will speak with reg ional Mgr , and call customer service and dispute purchase. It works

Thats true because the financial institutions vary on when they distribute funds back into accounts.
