You need to self check your temperature and wear a mask on site. You are welcome to look, but it better to make an appointment to avoid waiting. There is a covered tent outside for buyers next to the lot. If you are selling a vehicle you can go inside and begin the process there. All cashier and most agent interactions inside are separated by a shield. Overall service is pretty quick considering the circumstances.
