That's too bad, sorry to hear. I've had good luck with them on some major repairs, even send my friends there for maintenance work. I'm Surprised they blew the opportunity to sell you a new battery LOL

Go back and make them do it rite if they don't or refuse to, threaten them with a law suit and follow through.
