Yes my son was 21 n had a job which he only had for 3mons. at $10 per hour but his credit score was above 700 n $5000 downpayment...I would watch out thou as he got d base model kia no floor mats no back up camera...

God everything matters don't exclude anything from buying a car. You have down payment which sometimes doesn't even change the interest rate so you may put more money down but still end up paying the same amount because they charge so much.
It would be a good idea , but you should have a good down payment as well.
