Hello i have a couple different baseball card sets and individual baseball cards from 80s and 90s i would like to sell all of them do they buy baseball cards?

Phat Collectibles is more focused on comic books, comic book character toys and memorabilia, magic cards, old video games. Basically toy ans comic related stuff. Frank and Sons or a sports memorabilia store might be a better option.

You may want to either try a sports memorabilia store or even Frank & sons in city of Industry there are a few vendors there that deal in baseball cards
