There were 5 people waiting in line, with 2 cashier's. One was helping a very inconsiderate woman, returning items, reordering products; the other cashier, with 5 people on line, decides to help a curbside order, a pick up order & other busy work, before helping the waiting customers! Both cashier's were slow, unhelpful, unfriendly & lack customer service skills. No "we'll be right with you. Thank you for being patient...horrible service! Ordering online & waiting for my order in the mail, would take less time than wasting time, waiting in line at this store!! Save your gas.

Took the time to place my online order and was pleasantly surprised to know I could have my order delivered same day. Well so I thought… The item was never delivered because they use DoorDash and they employ incompetent drivers. I was on the phone with Ulta and DoorDash trying to find out where my order was only to find out the DoorDash app times out because driver Claudia D. got lost and took too long and even after calling her several times to guide her to my home. My order ended up getting cancelled 🙄 Ulta should not be using this company, only makes them look bad.
