Why don't they have all fixing to make their famous Reuben Sandwich on Rye? I asked when they would be getting the key fixing & they told me 3 months. But they sell on their shelves. What? You lost my businesz

Hi Susan, we are very sorry to have lost your business. The sauerkraut we sell on our shelves is not the same that we put on the ruebens. We normally cook our house made sauerkraut in the back, but this year the OC Heath dept. has decided that the set up that has been in place for almost 40 years(and is well maintained) is no longer ok with them. This is a big hurdle for us and we really appreciate your patience, while we work through it. We hope to have our good ruebens again soon, but we are trying to do things by the book. Thanks for understanding!
