Greg and the service staff are the absolute best! I've taken my bike to many shops over the years, but I have to say this is the first time I felt confident when the service advisor and technician says that my bike is running great. The service department at Irv Seaver was stellar!! I was due for my annual service on my BMW G310R and they sat down with me and explained from A-Z what was good and what needed attention. Service didn't take long and the price was very reasonable compared to other pricey dealerships in the LA Metro area! The only time I’ve such outstanding service like this is usually from dealerships that push out six figure cars. Of course, that’s if you buy one. Here you don’t need to, they’ll treat you just as good and with great intentions or advice. Unfortunately it’s rare to find a dealership with a team like this, they deserve more recognition and definitely more than 5 stars. Keep it up!
