I adopted my bully through Karma, but I don't know if they have a drop in office space. There's usually adoption events held at Petco where the the pets available are brought in. Choose a pet you're interested in through their website, email for more information. I drove 80 miles for the event day to meet with my dog and have her meet our chi. They brought her to our home at a later date when the rescue trainer was available for the house inspection. I believe all of the dogs and cats are in individual foster homes, not a facility.
